Hawaii #16, PL 3-E-VIII, Beautiful 4 mostly large to huge margins on cover front.  Extremely Rare "E" plate of 3rd setting!  According to expert Alan Goldberg "This cover front is one of only two known surviving examples of this very short lived "E" plate variety 2 cent Numeral!  Ex-Wilcox, Erickson.  PF and Goldberg Certificates.
