How do I track my order?
 

You will receive a phone call from Pam or Phil directly the day your stamps are shipped. We ship everything Registered Insured through the United States Postal service, you will be given your tracking number as soon as shipped.

What are your delivery options?
 

All items are shipped registered insured through the United States Postal Service. If you are local, or will be at a show we are attending, a pick up time and date can be established. Please contact us for verification!

 

How do I return an item?
If it turns out you do not want to keep a purchased item, please ship back to us and you will be reimbursed for the full amount of purchase. We do not reimburse return costs. We require the stamp to be verified in proper condition before any reimbursements can be sent out. All items must be returned within 7 days of purchase.
What are my payment options?
We are currently taking payment by paypal, credit card. and check. Please call (650)344-3401 to discuss payment by check.

 

Do you provide International delivery?
At this time, Vogtstamps only ships Domestically, we apologize for any inconvenience.

What is your returns policy?
 

We accept all returns, as long the stamp is in the condition in which you received it. We only take returns within 7 days of receiving your purchase.
